Pivoting a national charity from print to digital to protect future growth and leverage impact.
NAPA (National Activities Providers Association) has been our client for nearly as long as we've been trading. NAPA support a growing membership of care settings and activity providers with meaningful support and promote activity, arts and engagement.
During the pandemic we actively pivoted NAPAs quarterly members magazine packed with articles and activities from print to digital. This alone represented an annual saving of over £20,000. The move to digital was so successful that it accelerated the shift of all their resources. We also helped with a brand refresh and encouraged the use of infographics to illustrate their impacts for reporting and promotional activities.
With many charities under threat during the pandemic NAPA have been able to weather the storm with proactive engagement which has helped to increase their membership by 6%. By employing digital more effectively they have increased their reach by 30%, Social interactions by 24% and fundraising by 3%. Whilst we can't take credit for the NAPA team's incredible work we do like to think we are part of their success and are proud to support in any way we can.
